A personal oasis for customized fitness.

Breathe Fitness is located just off Highway 8 on the Ocean Beach/Point Loma line and offers personal training, custom small group classes, and workshops. Equipment includes: Balanced Body Pilates Reformer, TRX Suspension Trainer, Bosu Stability Trainer, Stability Balls, Free weights, Resistance Bands, Posture Grid, Foam Rollers, and plenty of other tools to ensure a well-rounded workout session to help you meet your personal fitness goals.
