Shifting one's mindset to recognize that every small task, chore, or errand is an opportunity to enhance your physical fitness creates a much bigger window to achieve your goals.  That one hour yoga, kickboxing class or gym session can't possibly be expected to make up for what your body goes through the other 15 waking hours of the day while you're sitting at a desk, holding your newborn, walking around in high heels, lifting heavy equipment, or commuting for work.  Understanding how our daily movements can help build us up or break us down can make a huge difference in our overall health and well-being.  Fitness doesn't just happen at the gym or in a workout class.  Fitness is a way of life.
