These sessions combine strength and cardiovascular circuits to maximize your time and keep things moving. 

Strength & Resistance Training
Resistance training uses specific modalities designed to improve an individual’s strength, endurance, and/or functional abilities. Modalities include using dumbbells, cables, exercise balls, and body weight to improve overall health and well-being.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
The ideal workout for a busy schedule—whether you want to squeeze in a workout during your lunch break or to get in shape for a fast-approaching event. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity, glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.

Buddy Training
Work better with a friend?  Using stations, cooperative efforts, circuits, and the added fun of a partner dynamic, these sessions offer a great alternative to one-on-one workouts by holding you accountable to one another and helping to motivate each other. 
*An initial assessment may be required for each participant to ensure proper programming.
